POSITION INFO:
Required Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

• 8 - 10 years of experience in control and instrumentation engineering.
• Extensive experience in mining and processing plant environments.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale C&I projects.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in control system design and programming (e.g., PLC, DCS, SCADA systems).
• Expertise in instrumentation selection, installation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and IEEE.

• Select appropriate instrumentation and control equipment based on project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Develop and review system designs, including P&IDs, control philosophies, and system architectures.

• Oversee installation, calibration, and commissioning of control systems.
• Conduct site inspections and tests to verify system performance and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Analyze performance data for improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support and training to plant operations and maintenance teams.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in safety audits and incident investigations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
