Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer

SUMMARY:
A client in the software solutions industry is looking for an experienced, mid-level DevSecOps Engineer to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT or Engineering
• Post graduate Degree is preferred
• Certifications in cloud hosting and security are most beneficial

• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code Solutions
• GitLab CI/ CD pipelines
• Ruby on Rails
• PostGreSQL
• Scripting languages - Python / Bash / TypeScript
• Containerized applications on AWS (strong understanding)
• Experience with large scale, multi-tenant, cloud hosted web applications
• Minimum 5 years' experience in DevOps
• Programming experience
• AWS Cloud Services
• Good foundational knowledge of cybersecurity

• Integrate and promote DevSecOps practices
• Design and maintain cloud architectures
• Write and maintain CI / CD Pipelines
• Configure and maintain robust application monitoring and alerting systems
• Perform internal application vulnerability scans, report findings and security audits
