  R 72 000.00 – R 88 000 per month (12-month contract)

This role requires a deep understanding of banking operations, processes, and regulatory requirements, coupled with practical experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our technology infrastructure to support our banking services and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in banking processes, regulations, and best practices, providing guidance on aligning Dynamics 365 capabilities with business needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
• Develop integration strategies for Dynamics 365 with existing banking systems and databases to promote seamless data flow and efficiency.
• Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Compliance, and Business Development, to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements in Dynamics 365.
  
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience in banking operations and an understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with integrations using APIs, data migration, and custom development.
