SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Mechanical Specialist for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• NQF 6 Educational level: Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering Diploma/Degree
• Must be a qualified Fitter/Millwright/Electrician
• Must have training Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Basic PLC & Robotics
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity
• Must have extensive technical background in terms of Press Shop and Assembly maintenance within an automotive environment.
• Must understand quality specifications and systems
• Must have good computer literacy skills

• Co-ordinate activities and functions to ensure that maintenance targets are met.
• Ensure adequate resources are available.
• Manage performance and development of subordinates according to company procedures, work instructions and relevant legislation.
