POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Lead the development of mechanical designs, project scopes, and specifications for industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food production, manufacturing, and water/wastewater treatment.
• Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are successfully met.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and related processes to maintain efficient project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding technical discussions, project updates, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare purchase specifications, bills of quantities, and evaluate tender submissions.
• Manage contractor oversight, including drafting, procurement, and construction phases.

• A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management.
• Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, and CIDB contract types.
• Strong knowledge of OHSA regulations and applications.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office suite.
