POSITION INFO:
Are you a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for innovation and precision? We’re on the lookout for a driven professional to lead cutting-edge mechanical design projects from concept through to completion. This role calls for expertise in 3D modelling, detailed drawings, stress analysis, and producing accurate technical documentation. If you’re motivated by problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions on time, this is your chance to bring impactful engineering ideas to life.

Education:

BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in mechanical design, conveyor systems, or material handling.
Experience in Visual Basic or C+ programming (advantageous).
Project management experience is a plus.
Plan and manage daily engineering tasks to meet strict project deadlines.
Develop detailed designs using AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks, from conceptual sketches to full 3D models.
Conduct stress analysis, simulations, and ISO-compliant reporting.
Handle product costing, quoting, and BOM creation within an ERP system (Epicor).
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including client liaison, site visits, order processing, and installation support.
Provide specialist technical support and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Process sales orders, verify specifications, and manage engineering documentation.
