SUMMARY:
My client is seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with strong CATIA V5 experience on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects within a highly skilled engineering team. Experience with composite materials is a strong advantage.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize CATIA V5 to design and develop mechanical components and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
Conduct structural analysis, material selection, and feasibility studies.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
Support prototyping, testing, and production processes.
Ensure compliance with engineering best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in mechanical design using CATIA V5.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with composite materials is a plus.
Proficiency in GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and FEA tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
