SUMMARY:
A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Marketing Team Leader to drive impactful campaigns, optimize digital strategies, and elevate brand presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a dynamic and strategic marketing professional with a passion for innovation, analytics, and team leadership.

POSITION INFO:
As a Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Developing and executing marketing campaigns across the group and branches
Overseeing social media strategy, including content, engagement and growth
Manage budget and resource allocation for marketing initiatives
Lead videography projects and create engaging content for YouTube
Leverage Google Ads and social media advertising for maximum reach
Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance product visibility
Drive group-wide campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including social media algorithms

What Do You Need?:

Degree or diploma in Marketing or related field
Strong people management skills and ability to lead a team
Confident in working with diverse teams and stakeholders
Willing to travel occasionally as required
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Solid understanding of market trends, sales processes, and product positioning
Expertise in social media, Google ads, and digital marketing analytics
