POSITION INFO:
The Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the company’s renewable energy solutions. Leading a team of marketing professionals, they will manage campaigns, collaborate across departments, and drive brand growth. This role will be key in aligning marketing efforts with business goals and promoting the company’s sustainable energy solutions.
As a Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct market research, formulate marketing strategies, and manage multi-channel campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Define and maintain the brand’s voice, position products/services effectively, and manage launches.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, collaborate across departments (sales, product, PR, etc.).
- Manage budgets, optimize campaign spending, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee content creation, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and social media.
- Track KPIs, analyze data, run A/B tests, and report on campaign performance.
- Develop marketing materials to support the sales team and ensure high-quality leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, experiment with new marketing techniques.
- Build and manage customer loyalty programs and improve retention strategies.
- Tailor marketing strategies for specific branches/locations and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee multiple brands within the company, ensure consistency, and allocate resources efficiently.
What Do You Need?:- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, analytics, and content management.
- Expertise in brand management and marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Google Analytics and project management certifications are a plus.
