Marketing Manager - FMCG

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Manager ( Senior Level) with a proven track record in the FMCG industry to lead the marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong brand management expertise, a strategic mindset, and experience in packaging and eCommerce digital marketing. Key Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• BCom in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, managing multiple brands.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong background in packaging marketing, ensuring brand consistency across product designs.
• Experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, including online campaigns, performance marketing, and marketplace optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Digital Marketing Execution:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple traditional and digital channels.
• Leverage eCommerce platforms, social media, and digital advertising to expand market reach.
• Develop SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to enhance online brand visibility and engagement.

Team & Budget Management:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
• Work closely with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Performance & Market Analysis:

• Continuously track, measure, and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Drive data-driven decision-making to improve marketing effectiveness.
