Marketing Manager
A reputable fintech company specializing within the Forex Industry is looking for a skilled, experienced, focused and vibrant candidate to join their team in Four Ways-Johannesburg as a Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for the company portfolio. You will be responsible for supporting the efforts in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Execution
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
• Collaborate with the higher management to develop and implement marketing strategies for main and secondary brands.
• Plan and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition and customer retention.
• Lead and manage the team - supporting and reporting to the CMO/Higher Management.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Brand Management
• Representing the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
• Reporting and Feedback - Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
• Campaign Management
• Customer Experience Improvement
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis
• Client Liaison and Account Management

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent field
• 4-7 years of experience
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
