POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including advertisements, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies using key metrics and KPIs.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and creative initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure marketing efforts support broader company objectives.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and managing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience with budget management and financial planning.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
