Assist a dynamic team with strategic operations and project management.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric with relevant qualification
Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
PC savvy
Present yourself in a professional manner
Ability to work with senior team members / clients
Highly organised with an eye for detail

Duties:

Project Management
Data Analysis - analysing marketing and sales data to inform strategy and improve performance
Administrative Support: Managing website maintenance and development
Stock Control: Overseeing inventory and managing head office supplies to ensure optimal stock levels
Sourcing & Purchasing: Procuring inventory for gifts / hampers - ensuring quality and timely delivery
New Product Development: Assist team with development to meet market demand
Assisting with and managing projects for the executive committee, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Event Planning and Management: Organising and executing internal company events to foster team engagement and company culture
Acting as the liaison between various departments and offices to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Overseeing the distribution of supplies and gifts both nationally and locally
