SUMMARY:

Signa Opportunity is recruiting unemployed youth for quality workplace experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.

About the YES Initiative

The President launched the initiative in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labor department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position: Marketing Assistant

Stipend: R5500.00

Location: Tooseng (Ga Mphahlele)

POSITION INFO:

About the role

The Interns will report directly to the Management. The role is a great opportunity for growth and experience in the marketing department.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management and Content Creation
Brand Development and Customer Engagement
Event Support
Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

Matric.
Qualification in Marketing.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a farm setting.
Creative and Innovative in bringing Marketing ideas.
Ability to communicate effectively, especially if engaging with the local community/customer or participating in educational activities.
Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
