We're Hiring: Marketing Analyst

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, client partnerships, and data-driven campaign execution? We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering impactful marketing programs across Southern Africa.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support both client-led and organization-driven initiatives. You'll manage end-to-end campaign delivery, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support high-profile sponsorships, partnerships, and digital activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns with key clients and partners
Drive marketing value-added services (VAS) including insights, strategy, and creative consulting
Analyze client needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions
Manage project pipelines, reporting, and stakeholder updates
Coordinate with agencies and vendors for flawless execution
Lead market-wide programs and manage social media content calendars
Monitor budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience: 5+ years in marketing (services marketing experience in Southern Africa is a strong advantage)
Skills:
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with digital platforms, content performance tracking, and budget management
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
