Join our prestigious luxury hotel, nestled in the enchanted beauty of Knysna, where lush greenery and serene waters create a picturesque haven. We are seeking a passionate and talented Marketing & Sales Manager to join our A-Team.

We are on a hot pursuit for a well-presented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in maintaining relationships and sales programs. You should be adept at problem-solving, possess high levels of stress tolerance and have a deep understanding and passion of how to execute marketing and sales programs. The ideal candidate would need to possess a passion for Marketing & Sales within the hospitality sector and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bonus if you have an inquisitive mindset.

What Is Required:

As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for Pezula Nature Retreat. The main goal of your position is to focus on generating leads and traffic to the property’s websites and direct enquiries and emails. The ideal candidate would have to monitor and provide continuous feedback on marketing and sales campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years working experience within marketing predominantly in the Tourism & Hospitality industry
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Formal Qualification in Sales and Marketing (Advantageous)
• Be able to read, write and speak English at a Business level (an additional language would be advantageous)
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs
• 3+ years’ MICE Sales experience
• 3+ years’ B2C sales experience
• Opera Cloud knowledge (or similar PMS) will be an advantage
• Microsoft Suite
• Google apps (advantageous)
• Meta apps (advantageous)
