Marketing & Customer Analytics Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer & Marketing Data Analyst (BI Analyst/Manager) to empower Sales & Marketing teams with data-driven insights that fuel customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. If you geek out over marketing performance metrics, customer behavior, and automation, this role is for you!

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Do:

? Marketing Analytics – Optimize digital campaigns, track ROI, and refine strategies across email, SMS, WhatsApp & social.
? Product Analytics – Decode product usage patterns, uncover customer needs, and guide feature development.
? Customer Insights – Analyze sentiment, segment audiences, and enhance engagement strategies.
? Automation & BI – Build dashboards, automate reporting, and streamline data processes to drive smarter decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

â Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and experience in SaaS, Martech, or digital platforms.
â Proficiency in data visualization & BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, SQL).
â Ability to work independently, define key metrics, and build a data-first culture.
âEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Degree or certifications in analytics is essential.
â3-7 Years experience in a similar or equivalent role.
