Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and forecast market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and execute surveys, focus groups, and interviews to understand consumer needs and behaviors.
• Develop consumer profiles and segmentation models.
• Gather data from various sources, including primary research, syndicated reports, and internal data.
• Use statistical tools and software for in-depth analysis.
• Compile comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards with research findings.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to marketing, sales, and product development teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align research with business goals.
• Collaborate with external research agencies when required.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, product launches, and customer engagement efforts.
• Support pricing, packaging, and promotional decisions using data-driven insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in market research, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey).
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG sector and its market dynamics.
• Awareness of global and local market trends.
