Job Description:

• Maintain a high level of feedback and interaction with Team Leaders, Sales Representatives, and General Managers with respect to dealer issues, problems, concerns, suggestions, etc.
• Maintain good relationships at all times with both internal departments and dealers to improve functional efficiency.
• Ensure that all matters within your sphere of responsibility and influence are accurate and exceed the expectations of all dealers with regard to response times, professional content, and commitments.
• Maintain Company Core Values at all times.
• Make sales calls and dealer visits in line with business objectives.
• Maintain product knowledge of current and new products.
• Respond to dealer requests for product information and pricing queries

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Computer literate
• 3 years in a sales role including a working knowledge of motorcycle products, accessories, and components and/or previous experience in the automotive component sector.

• Time management and effective communication
• Exceptional organization skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Above average computer literacy on common commercial products

• Identifies with and demonstrates enthusiasm for the product
• Above average computer literacy on common commercial and communication packages
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated individual
