SUMMARY:
Well-established company based in Atlantis, Cape Town seeks a Manufacturing Manager from fabric / textiles to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric
National Diploma Textile Technology
OSH act & Safety Procedures
ISO9001 and 14001
Previous experience in a Non – Woven production process (3 - 5 years)
Strong administration skills

Responsibilities:

Maintain production processes to meet optimal quality standards
Enforce all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Coordinate maintenance of production equipment
Oversee and manage operations across production, warehousing, and logistics
Serve as appointed 16.2 for branch, assuming full responsibility for all site-related occupational health and safety matters
Supervise all operational staff, including production and warehouse teams, covering HR matters
Oversee procurement and stock control of raw materials
Manage and control finished goods inventory
Take full management responsibility for the Maintenance Department
Lead and manage the Quality Department
Ensure the branch ICT network’s integrity in coordination with the relevant service provider
