POSITION INFO:
Our client, a global name in the logistics industry is seeking a visionary Managing Director to lead their company into its next phase of growth and success. As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the company. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will drive innovation, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Duties:

• Develop and implement a clear business strategy aligned with company objectives
• Lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence and business growth
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

• CA(SA)
• Minimum 15 years related experience
• Minimum 7 years executive experience
• Supply chain / logistics experience is essential
• Experience in operations is required
