A leading global IT company is seeking a Managing Director to drive strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the IT industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to lead high-performing teams
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- A Masterâs degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in IT Management) is highly desirable
- 10 Years of leadership experience in the IT sector
- At least 5 years in a senior executive role (Managing Director, CEO, COO or equivalent)
- Proven experience in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading digital transformation initiatives
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (50% remote, 50% on-site)
- High computer literacy
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicleÂ
