A leading global IT company is seeking a Managing Director to drive strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the IT industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to lead high-performing teams

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
A Masterâs degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in IT Management) is highly desirable
10 Years of leadership experience in the IT sector
At least 5 years in a senior executive role (Managing Director, CEO, COO or equivalent)
Proven experience in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading digital transformation initiatives
Strong financial and operational management skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (50% remote, 50% on-site)
High computer literacy
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicleÂ
