Duties:

• Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s vision, enhancing profitability, operational efficiency, and market presence.
• Lead and optimise all operational aspects of the business, ensuring smooth execution across all functions of the logistics operation. This includes managing resources, supply chains, technology integration, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the financial health of the organisation, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that key financial metrics are met.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. Represent the organization in negotiations, industry forums, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, manage risk, and implement best practices across the company.

• Qualifications:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Completed MBA.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years post-article experience, with at least 7 years at an executive level (Exco), leading high-performing teams and business operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have previously held senior operational leadership roles such as COO, Chief Operations Officer, or other executive operational roles, in a large-scale logistics or related organisation.
