Manager of Command Centre

SUMMARY:
An opportunity exists for a compassionate leader to effectively manage a 24/7 IT infrastructure, network, and systems command center.

The IT systems date back to the mid-1970s, and a scheduled two-year transition to cloud computing is underway. The focus will be on building and retaining high-performing teams, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and proactively identifying and reporting incidents in real time. Honesty and reliability are paramount, as is the effective management of downtimes and communication with critical C-suite stakeholders.
This role is vital to the payments systems network in Africa. An accomplished leader who is committed to personal development and possesses an undergraduate degree is essential.

• Experience in Payments systems and products
• Minimum 8 years’ experience information technology field, including 5 years in a supervisory, team lead, or project manager capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience
