POSITION INFO:

As the Regional Growth Lead, you will spearhead the expansion of our footprint in a high-potential region by developing and executing scalable strategies for customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration. You will foster strong partnerships, build and lead a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence to meet aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap to expand the company’s presence and revenue in the region.
• Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, real estate developers, and strategic alliances.
• Own regional sales targets and drive results through data-driven decisions and agile execution.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver seamless onboarding, customer success, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the region's unique needs are addressed.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and pivot strategies as needed.
• Serve as the face of the company in the region, representing the brand at industry events and forums.
