SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Manager:Partnership Development

To drive activities to develop and manage strategic partnerships with the private sector, development banks and financial institutions and major implementing partners and
agriculture ecosystem partners; that are necessary to drive agricultural transformation and inclusion

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Education and Experience:

Degree in Communications, Commerce / Science / Agriculture
Experience at management level > 3 years
Experience at specialist level as ESD specialist, preferably in agriculture > 5 years

Critical Competencies

Agriculture Ecosystem Stakeholder and client management
Farmer development and technical support
ESD
Partnership Development
Legislative and regulatory context

Additional Requirements

Knowledge of PFMA
Knowledge Banking Products
Knowledge of Agricultural Operations
