SUMMARY:
I am recruiting for a Manager Business Unit, to develop, manage, and oversee the Client Cargo Pet Lounge nationally, ensuring alignment with established policies, procedures, budgets, and strategic objectives. The position focuses on maintaining a cost-effective and sustainable business unit

POSITION INFO:

Airline & Freight Industry with Knowledge in Aviation

Business development and Key Account experience Essential

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistic Management (NQF Level 7)

Minimum Experience:

5 Years’ experience in the Airline and Freight industry
3 Years’ Key Account Management experience
Contract and rate negotiations
Business Development
Revenue growth and revenue targets
Customer retention and acquisition
Financial Management

Regulatory Knowledge:

Effective knowledge of South African Civil Aviation Regulations (SACARs)
Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Health and Safety Act and other regulatory, requirements applicable to the work environment

Functional Training:

Winfreight Operations and Finance
ISQMS (Integrated Quality Management System)
Compliance Management
Operations Management
Business Risk Management
Strategic Business Management
Live Animal Regulations
