POSITION INFO:

With demonstrated experience in educational environments, such as roles like school principal or curriculum coordinator, they bring expertise in shaping impactful programs and initiatives. Fluent in both Afrikaans and English, they excel in clear and effective communication.
This candidate is highly proactive and organized, ensuring smooth operations while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant educational experience, e.g., school principal or team management.
Exceptional people skills, including public-facing and hospitality contexts.
Bilingual communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
Experience in school, camp, or workshop presentations (beneficial).
Reliable, organized, proactive, and a problem-solver.
Passionate about working with learners.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Recruit and manage a team to operate the center effectively.
Develop curricula and programs, involving subject experts when needed.
Organize camps and annual excellence events to engage young learners.
Oversee daily operations and manage HR-related tasks.
Foster community relationships with parents, teachers, and principals.
Drive continuous improvement using feedback.
