SUMMARY:
A well-established 4-star lodge, specializing in hunting, weddings, and luxury hospitality, is looking for a dedicated Management Couple to oversee operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Full operational management of the lodge, including guest relations, hospitality services, and event coordination.
Oversee staff across all departments, including housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and front of house.
Manage reservations, administration, and financial controls.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media management.
Ensure high standards of service for both leisure guests and hunting groups.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and VIP clients.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).
Proven experience as a management couple in a 4-star lodge or similar environment.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience in event coordination and hunting lodge operations.
Financial and administrative competency.
Both candidates must hold valid driver’s licenses.
