Management Couple (Game Lodge)
Hazyview, Mpumalanga
R40 000ctc Per Month (Including Accommodation + Meals)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Management Couple to oversee the operations of our client's prestigious game lodge

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric and/or any relevant Qualification in Hospitality will be advantageous
3 - 4 Years of experience in a Management role
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lodge or similar setting
Flexibility to live on-site and work irregular hours as needed
Couple will be responsible for the maintenance, administration and overall management for the lodge
Valid drivers license and own transportation

Key responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
Manage staff and provide training and support to maintain a motivated and efficient team
Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
Coordinate and host special events, guided tours, and activities for guests
