We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Management Couple to oversee the operations of our client's prestigious game lodge

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric and/or any relevant Qualification in Hospitality will be advantageous
• 3 - 4 Years of experience in a Management role
• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lodge or similar setting
• Flexibility to live on-site and work irregular hours as needed
• Couple will be responsible for the maintenance, administration and overall management for the lodge
• Valid drivers license and own transportation

• Oversee daily operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
• Manage staff and provide training and support to maintain a motivated and efficient team
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
• Coordinate and host special events, guided tours, and activities for guests
