Exciting New Game Reserve is looking for a MANAGEMENT COUPLE

POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:

• Formal Hospitality Qualification
• 1 member needs to be a qualified Field Guide (Preferably full trails)
• At least 5years experience within a luxury 5* property in a similar role
• The ability to manage all aspects of lodge operations including staff management, inventory control and maintenance
• Excellent financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, cost control and achieving profitability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to lead and mentor a team of staff
• Excellent hosting skills and the ability to interact with guests and stakeholders
• Conservation orientated and a genuine love for the bush and nature
• Comfortable living in an off-grid and remote environment

This is a live-in role with all meals provided while guests are in camp
