SUMMARY:
Elegant Safari Lodge in the Sabi Sands is looking for a MANAGEMENT COUPLE

POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience within a managerial level at a 5* establishment
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A very hands-on approach to leading and training staff
The ability to manage multiple departments
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

One Partner:

Full FGASA Trails qualification with NQF 4
Valid DEAT and PDP
Good overall knowledge on guiding and conservation

Other Partner:

Strong operational skills with experience in administration, housekeeping, food & beverage, and overall management.
Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, stock control and reporting.
Good knowledge on reservations systems

This is live-in role with partially furnished accommodation. Meals provided while on duty and provident fund contribution. 6 / 2 work cycle
