SUMMARY:
A Luxurious Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger is looking for a 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗘

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge is necessary
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in lodge management
• Must have worked together for at least 2 years
• FGASA NQF2/4 preferably with trails qualification
• All guide documents up to date including PrPD & First Aid
• Maintenance experience (vehicle & lodge) essential
• Housekeeping skills and knowledge essential
• Extensive FOH and hosting experience
• Valid driver's license (both) essential
• Must have sound knowledge of MS Office
• Must be extremely guest-focused, living and driving luxury standards
• Excellent communications skills, practising honest communication
• Must be proactive, positive and have a hands-on/can-do attitude
• Excellent time management and self-disciplined, with emotional control and must be committed, loyal, and flexible
• Must have leadership skills with a passion for skills development
• Must want to take the property into your own hands and drive the business as if it were your own
• This is a small team, and both of the candidates should be all-rounders, and understand that the role is to be hands-on in all departments and aspects!
