Management Accountant (Manufacturing)

We are looking for a highly driven finance professional to:
➢ Manage management reporting and analysis of the Company’s affairs
➢ Support management decision with timely and meaning supply of information with relevant analysis.

POSITION INFO:

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Management reports
- Prepare and analyze input-output stock reconciliation
- Analyze inventory and debtors ageing reports and report on risk areas
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, cost assessments, and variance analysis to identify opportunities for
operational improvement and enhanced profitability.
- Analyze fixed costs against budget and report on variances
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and financial projections.
- Provide support in internal and external audits
- Prepare and report Capex spending,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and
forecasts that align with the company's objectives.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and relevant laws.
- Streamline processes to enhance accuracy, and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification preferred
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
