Duties:
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including variances, forecasting, and business performance analyses to ensure the business stays on track.
- Manage BOMs and operating costing, analysing production costs, materials, and labour to maintain profitability across the manufacturing process.
- Take the lead in forecasting future financial outcomes and contribute to the planning and development of budgets.
- Oversee cost management, identify areas for cost-saving, and help implement financial controls that optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure that all financial data is accurate and reported on time.
Job Experience & Skills Required:- Qualifications:
- A completed BCom Degree.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles are a bonus!
- Experience:
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, BOMs costing, and operating costing – but with a manufacturing/FMCG twist.
