A leading company in the Consulting Services / Engineering Consulting industry is looking for a skilled Management Accountant / Financial Manager to join their team in Midrand. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with strong project accounting experience to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 9 years of finance experience
2 to 3 years of management experience
Strong background in Senior Project Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting, and WIP management
Proven project exposure within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee project financials, ensuring accurate reporting and profitability analysis
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and work-in-progress (WIP) accounts
Support senior management with strategic financial insights
Lead and mentor junior finance professionals
