A leading organization in the manufacturing sector is currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled finance professional with a BCom Hons, CIMA, or CA(SA) qualification and at least 5 years of experience to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic finance team

Duties:

• Prepare and analyze management reports to provide insights into financial performance
• Conduct costing analysis and manage cost control to optimize operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Provide regular Power BI reporting for key stakeholders
• Manage and track tax compliance and assist with tax planning
• Oversee forex management and mitigate any associated risks
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

• BCom Hons, CIMA, or CA(SA) qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management accounting role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in costing, IFRS, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Power BI reporting
• Knowledge of forex management and exposure to international financial environments
