Maintenance Technician (Rotating)

SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Maintenance Technician (Rotating).

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with rotating machinery.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with vibration analysis tools.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards.

• Perform maintenance of rotating equipment (pumps, turbines, etc.).
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
• Ensure proper alignment and balancing of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and servicing.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports.
