SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Client in Rustenburg!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Strong experience with portable hand tools
Expertise in maintaining Decoiler machines, bending machines, plasma machines, saw machines, drills, grinders, workshop lights, etc.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Supervisory experience with the ability to lead and manage a maintenance team
Knowledge of safety procedures and preventative maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance team
Ensure all workshop machinery and tools are in optimal working condition
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
Implement preventative maintenance schedules
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
