Maintenance Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Project Manager to oversee campus projects and support all stakeholders, contributing to a streamlined and efficient operation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain quotes and execute all aspects of campus projects (maintenance and new).
• Co-ordination and management of projects, contractors and subcontractors.
• Vetting of all contractors including subcontractors.
• Professional interaction with architects, quantity surveyors, engineers and other consultants.
• Control and maintain high standard of service.
• Compile specifications for all projects.
• Regular reporting and ad hoc reports.
• Budget control within each project including compilation, control, estimates, reports, quotes and payments.
• Assist with other tasks as requested by management from time to time.

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
• A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous

• Knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, building and mechanical faults
