SUMMARY:
Looking for a challenging yet rewarding career opportunity as a Maintenance Manager? A well-known manufacturing company is seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to join their Western Cape team!

POSITION INFO:
This role will require a Mechanical Engineering qualification or a Trade Test Certification, and relevant experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. A GMR2.1 appointment is essential.

Your duties will include analysing and interpreting maintenance reports, planning preventive maintenance and conducting equipment audits. You’ll be implementing continuous improvement and safety measures to keep everyone happy and safe and be the go-to problem solver. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll make sure occupational health and safety standards are exceptional.

Furthermore you will be showcasing your leadership skills through engineering projects and people management (e.g. leading a team of artisans).
