POSITION INFO:

A leading defense and manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at their high-tech production facility. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced maintenance and asset management professional with a strong background in heavy engineering and defense manufacturing.

Requirements: -

BSc/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
GCC Factories (Government Certificate of Competency)
8+ years of experience in mechanical & electrical maintenance within manufacturing.
6+ years as a legal appointee in production or manufacturing plants.
3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience with Hydraulic Presses (1000T+), Heat Treatment Systems, and CNC Machines.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, SHEQ compliance, and safety protocols.
Proven ability to lead teams in a high-tech, high-security manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Oversee ISO 55001 asset management and critical spares planning
Ensure compliance with OSHACT, ISO, and SHEQ safety systems
Manage maintenance of CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and heat treatment facilities and automated systems
Implement technical improvements and efficiency upgrades
Drive cost-effective maintenance planning aligned with production schedules
Develop and lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team while ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance
