Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their team in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

Matric
Own transport due to being on call
Live in Port Elizabeth
1 years experience minimum
Electrical, plumbing, silicone and painting experience
Experience in working with air conditioners
Proficiency in hand tools
MS Office
N3 certificate (advantageous)
Prepared to work weekends and be on call
Qualified tradesman or artisan (advantageous)
Clear criminal record (will be checked)

About:
Our client is seeking someone who is a team player and can direct and engage in maintenance activities around the premises. They need to have all the above mentioned requirements and be prepared to work some weekends and be on call.
