Maintenance Manager

SUMMARY:
Our Client is Looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Area/Location: Hoedspruit

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid RSA Driver's License and PDP
• Grade 12
• A tertiary electrician-related qualification

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge environment
• Experience with air conditioners
• Electrical knowledge
• References will be contacted.
• Must have an eye for detail

• Maintenance in and around the camp
• Maintenance in and around the staff quarters
• Including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, and Building etc.
• Meticulous in starting and completing projects
• Assist around the camp in other departments as required
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Driver when required

• Mature and responsible
• Well-spoken, well-groomed and presentable
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Positive attitude and approach toward teamwork
• Hands-on approach to the guest experience
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Passionate and pro-active towards personal growth and training
• Sober Habits, NO DRUGS
