As a Maintenance Foreman, you will plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems. You'll lead and monitor a skilled team, ensuring quality work and timely service. Responsibilities include staff training, safety compliance, asset inspections, record-keeping, contractor coordination, and technical support. You’ll also report incidents and drive continuous improvement in reliability.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum requirement: Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Diploma.
- Trade Tested: Fitter, Millwright, or Mechanical.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Supervisory/Foreman role, and at least 5 years as an Artisan/Technician.
