Are you passionate about machine learning, innovation, and solving real-world challenges with AI? A leading JSE-listed BPO company is looking for a Machine Learning / AI Engineer (Analyst) to join their dynamic and fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions, including chatbots (voice and text-based).
- Build and maintain machine learning models using Python.
- Work with QA systems to ensure performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Integrate and manage API connections for system interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovative tech initiatives.
- Think critically and act quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Machine Learning / AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with chatbots (both scripted and voice).
- Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integration.
- Background in financial services preferred.
- Office-based role – must thrive in an on-site, team-oriented setting.
