Temp Receptionist - Private Nephrology Practice (3-4 Month Contract)
Location: Alberton
Salary: R13,000 – R14,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 16:00 (You will be required to work overtime due to the nature of the practice)
A Private Nephrology practice in Alberton is seeking an experienced Temp Receptionist for a three-month contract (until the end of December).
Key Requirements:
- Mature candidate
- Previous experience in a medical practice is essential
- Must reside in the greater JHB South vicinity.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with chronically ill patients
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer usage, including Excel and MS Outlook, Word
- Experience with medical software (advantageous)
- National Senior Certificate
This is a fast-paced yet emotionally sensitive role. The ideal candidate will be able to manage reception and office duties with warmth and care.
Responsibilities:
- Handling reception and patient-related queries

- General office duties
- Providing excellent patient service in an empathetic and professional manner
