*Job Summary*

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mathematics, EMS and Accounting Tutor to provide individualized instruction and support to students. The successful candidate must have a strong background in Mathematics, EMS & Accounting with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with students of varying skill levels.

*Must be able to teach in Afrikaans and English*

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics, EMS & Accounting to students, developing lesson plans, and assessing student progress.

*Key Responsibilities*

§ *Teaching*: Teach Mathematics, EMS & Accounting to high school students, following the national curriculum and school policies.

§ *Lesson Planning*: Develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring that they are engaging, informative, and aligned with the national curriculum.

§ *Assessment*: Assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and providing constructive feedback.

§ *Classroom Management*: Create a positive and respectful classroom environment, ensuring that students are engaged and motivated.

§ *Communication*: Communicate with parents, guardians, and colleagues, providing updates on student progress and collaborating on strategies to support student learning.

*Requirements*

§ *Qualifications*: Bachelor''s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting or a related field, with a teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE).

§ *Experience*: Proven experience teaching Mathematics, EMS and Accounting to high school students.

§ *Knowledge*: Strong knowledge of Mathematics, EMS and Accounting curricula, as well as excellent understanding of teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.

§ *Skills*: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

§ *Certifications*: SACE (South African Council for Educators) registration.
